Heather Poparad is an applied researcher and youth development professional with a decade of experience working in schools, youth programs, and childcare settings. As a researcher-practitioner, she supports mixed-methods research projects and evaluations to examine how contextual factors contribute to young people's experiences of equity, their social-emotional development, and their access to needed resources. Passionate about the power of data to inform meaningful change, Heather specializes in working with organizations to iteratively co-design and test solutions to problems of practice.
